A very nice dog portrait. Some info by the author - the portrait is of a dog in Toronto. I saw some of the pictures of that author, they are very good. He have a very creative technique of photographing - I've tried to used it for cats, but the results are far away from this one. The photoshop effect is also very nice ;)
